The short, plain-English rules for plans, trophies, supplies and sign-ups.
1. Auto-renew is on by default
The Year Gift ($549 a year): auto-renew is on. Your plan renews at $549 each year unless you turn auto-renew off.
Monthly ($49.99 a month): auto-renew is on. The plan is 12 monthly payments of $49.99 ($599.88 in total). After the 12th payment it keeps renewing at $49.99 a month unless you turn auto-renew off.
One-click off, anytime. Use the “Turn off auto-renew” button on your order confirmation page. Turning it off never ends what you already paid for early: the Year Gift runs to the end of its paid year and then stops; Monthly finishes its 12 payments (or, after the first year, the current paid month) and then stops. Nothing more is billed after that.
2. Monthly trophy deadline
A month’s coloring work can be sent in through the last day of the following month. For example, February pages are accepted through March 31. Late work is not accepted for a closed month, but there’s always a new month to go for.
3. Supplies are separate
Coloring supplies such as crayons, markers and colored pencils are not included in any plan. The parent buys them separately.
4. Parent consent for kids’ sign-ups
Only a parent or legal guardian can sign a child up. Before we collect anything from or about a child, the parent confirms they are the child’s parent or legal guardian and agrees to our privacy policy. We ask only for the child’s first name and age; a parent email is optional. The word quiz also uses a six-number birthday code (MMDDYY) as the child’s login, which we store only in scrambled form.
